audited results which were published on 30 October 2008. The annual financial

inspection at the company`s registered office.

Shareholders are reminded that the one hundred and thirteenth annual general
meeting of Pretoria Portland Cement Company Limited will be held in the Deloitte
Auditorium, Deloitte Place, The Woodlands Building 1, 2nd Floor, 20 Woodlands
Drive, Woodmead on Monday 26 January 2009 at 12h00 for the purpose of conducting
the business as stated in the Notice of Annual General Meeting contained in the
2008 Annual Report.
