CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of Matodzi hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr
Andrew Mlangeni, Chairman and non-executive director, and Mr Thabo Kwinana,
independent non-executive director, have resigned with effect from 20 January
2009.
The board of directors would like to thank Andrew and Thabo for their
contributions to the company and wishes them success in the future.
