year ended 30 September 2008 were posted on 24 December 2008 to shareholders and
contain no modifications to the audited results, which were published on 11
November 2008. KPMG Inc. audited the results and the annual financial statements
of the Company and their unqualified report is available for inspection at the
registered offices of the Company.

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the Company will be
held at 10h00 on Thursday, 22 January 2009, at the offices of the Company 7th
Floor, MontClare Place, Cnr Campground and Main Roads, Claremont, Cape Town, to
transact the business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting.
