DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of PropTrax SAPY securities are advised that a distribution will be made
to holders of PropTrax SAPY securities in respect of the quarter ended 31
December 2008 in an amount of 29.29 cents per PropTrax SAPY security,
constituted as follows:
19.79 cents in respect of dividends;
0.30 cents in respect of interest; and
9.20 cents in respect of other income, including manufactured dividends.
The distribution will be made to all holders of PropTrax SAPY Securities
recorded in the register at 2 January 2009 and will be effected on
26 January 2009.
