NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the company`s 2008 Annual Report containing the
annual financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2008 was posted to
shareholders on Thursday, 22 January 2009 and contains no change from the
results which were published on 25 November 2008.
The annual general meeting of shareholders of Tiger Brands will be held on 16
February 2009 at 14.00 at 3010 William Nicol Drive, Bryanston, 2191 for the
purpose of conducting the business as stated in the Notice of Annual General
Meeting that was posted together with the 2008 Annual Report.
