RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that all of the special and ordinary resolutions
proposed in the notice to shareholders incorporated in the Notice to
Shareholders, dated 11 November 2008, were passed by the requisite majority at
the annual general meeting of the Company held at 10h00 on Thursday, 22 January
2009. The special resolutions will now be lodged with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office for registration.
