RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual general meeting of Command shareholders was held on Thursday, 22
January 2009. All the ordinary and special resolutions as set out in the notice
of annual general meeting to shareholders, dated 28 November 2008, were approved
by the requisite majority of shareholders. The special resolution will be lodged
in due course with the Registrar of Companies for registration.
