RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the Annual General Meeting of UCS held on
23 January 2009, all the ordinary resolutions and special resolution contained
in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting and tabled for voting, were passed
by the requisite majority of shareholders present or represented by proxy,
without modification.
The special resolution will be lodged with the Companies and Intellectual
Property Registration Office for registration.
