CHANGES TO THE BOARD
The directors advise the following changes to the company`s board:
- the resignation, with effect from 21 January 2009, of Susan du Toit as an
independent non-executive director as a result of her recent involvement in new
business opportunities which require her full-time attention; and
- the appointment, with effect from 23 January 2009, of Theo Schoeman as an
independent non-executive director. Theo has also been appointed Chairman of
the company`s Audit Committee.
Theo is a registered Chartered Accountant (SA) and served articles with Coopers
& Lybrand. He has wide business experience encompassing, inter alia, industry
consolidation and the set-up of new businesses as well as international
experience. He has held the position of managing director to a number of
companies.
