NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that a general meeting of shareholders of Country Foods
as requisitioned in terms of Section 181(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 1973 (Act
61 of 1973), as amended, will be held at Unit 16, 1st Floor, Melrose Arch,
Johannesburg at 11:00 on Monday, 16 February 2009, to transact the business
stated in the notice of general meeting sent to shareholders of Country Foods on
Friday, 16 January 2009.
An updated status report on the refinancing, restructuring, negotiations and
general state of the company will be sent to shareholders before the general
meeting.
