APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Gold
Reef shareholders are advised that Mr J S Friedman has been appointed as acting
company secretary with immediate effect.
Following the resignation of CRT Paul with effect from 31 December 2008, J S
Friedman has been appointed and will remain company secretary until a suitable
replacement can be identified and appointed. Shareholders will be informed once
a permanent appointment has been made.
