CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF SILVERBRIDGE
With reference to the SENS announcement dated 7 May 2007 and more specifically
to the appointment of Mr. J van den Hoven as non executive director as a
representative of Metropolitan.
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, notification is hereby given that:
Mr. Justin van den Hoven has resigned as non-executive director of the board of
Silverbridge with effect from 23 January 2009. The board thanks Mr. van den
Hoven for his valuable contribution to the Company.
Silverbridge is currently considering appointing a new representative of
Metropolitan to the board.
