CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of TCS hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Mark
Reichenberg, having accepted a position abroad, resigned as Financial Director
on 26 January 2009. However, Mark will remain on at the company until 24 April
2009 to complete his notice period.
The board of directors of TCS thanks Mark for his contribution to the company,
and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
