NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING, NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND CHANGE TO THE BOARD
Linked unitholders are advised that the company`s annual report (available on
the company`s website (www.redefine.co.za)) incorporating the audited results
for the year ended 31 August 2008, was dispatched on Friday, 23 January 2009,
and contains no material changes to the information contained in the provisional
financial results announcement released on SENS on 30 October 2008.
The annual report contains a notice of Annual General Meeting for Redefine
linked unitholders, which will be held at 2 Arnold Road, Rosebank, Gauteng at
10:00 am on Monday, 16 February 2009. Mr Eric Ellerine will be retiring from the
board of Redefine at the annual general meeting and will not be standing for re-
election.
