shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements have been
distributed to shareholders today and contain no modifications to the audited
results which were published on SENS on 26 November 2008. A copy of the annual

Notice is hereby given that the eighth annual general meeting of Kelly Groups`
shareholders will be held at 6 Protea Place, corner Fredman Drive, Sandton, on
Thursday 19 February 2009 at 10h00 to transact the business as stated in the
annual general meeting notice forming part of the annual financial statements.
