CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT AND APPOINTMENT OF A NEW COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders are advised that IFA has entered into negotiations, which if
successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of IFA`s
securities. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when
dealing in the company`s securities until a full announcement is made.
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 (b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are further advised that Mr Kevin Watson has resigned as
the Company Secretary of IFA with effect from 31 January 2009 and Ms Krishnee
Pillay will assume this role with effect from 1 February 2009.
