Results of Annual General Meeting
Shareholders are advised that at the Super Group Annual General Meeting held on
Wednesday, 28 January 2009, the requisite majority of shareholders passed all
the resolutions contained in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 2
December 2008 with the exception of special resolution 1 relating to the
authority by the Company to repurchase its own shares.
Shareholders representing 91% of the issued share capital in Super Group
(excluding treasury shares) were present in person or by proxy at the meeting.
