RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of shareholders of
Seardel held on Wednesday, 28 January 2009 (in terms of the notice of annual
general meeting contained in the Seardel annual report issued on 29 December
2008) all of the resolutions were passed by the requisite majority of Seardel
shareholders.
