CORRECTION OF THE WEIGHTED AVERAGE NUMBER OF SHARES
Shareholders are referred to the interim results announcement released on SENS
on 13 November 2008 and are advised that the weighted average number of shares
of 1,057,088,000 for the six months ended 30 September 2008 should have read
1,062,031,000. This is due to a clerical error which also affected the basic
loss per share, diluted loss per share, headline loss per share, diluted
headline loss per share and the net asset value per share calculations.
These numbers have been restated to show the effects of the corrected weighted
average number of shares on the per share calculations below:
