Shareholders are advised that the Annual Report for the year ended 30 September
2008 was dispatched on 29 January 2009 and contains no material modifications to
the reviewed provisional results published on 10 November 2008.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of
Paracon will be held on Thursday, 26 February 2009 at 10:00 at the offices of
Paracon, 24 Peter Place, Lyme Park, Sandton, 2021 to transact the business
stated in the notice of the annual general meeting, which is contained in the
Annual Report.
