RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

wishes to advise unitholders of the resignation of Mr R R Emslie as a non-
executive director from the board of the company effective 27 January 2009.
Unitholders will be notified of the appointment of a replacement to Mr R R
Emslie in due course.
