was dispatched on 30 January 2009 and contains no material modifications to the
reviewed group results published on 22 September 2008.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of EOH
will be held on Wednesday, 25 February 2009 at 10:00 in the boardroom of EOH,
Ground Floor, Block D, Gillooly`s View, 1 Osborne Lane, Bedfordview to transact
the business stated in the notice of the annual general meeting, which is
contained in the Annual Report.
