No change statement and NOTICE OF annual general meeting
Vox will be posting its Annual Report, including audited annual financial
statements for the financial year ended 31 August 2008, to shareholders on 2
February 2009. As the audited financial information contained in the Audited
Results published on 19 November 2008 is unchanged, Vox is not publishing an
abridged report at this date.
Notice is hereby given that Vox`s annual general meeting of shareholders will be
held at the Everest Auditorium, Vox Telecom, Block B2, Rutherford Estate, 1
Scott Street, Waverley at 10:00 on Wednesday, 25 February 2009 to transact the
business as stated in the notice of annual general meeting circulated together
with the Annual Report.
