REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the annual general meeting of the shareholders of Freeworld Coatings held
today, 30 January 2009, all the ordinary and special resolutions proposed at the
meeting were approved by the requisite majority of votes, save for ordinary
resolution number 4 which was withdrawn.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
