Ventel held on Friday, 30 January 2009, were passed by the requisite majorities
of shareholders.
Shareholders are reminded that the offer closes on Friday 20 February 2009, and
that Ventel will be delisted from the JSE list on Tuesday 24 February 2009.
Shareholders not accepting the offer will remain shareholders in an unlisted
company
