Shareholders are advised that the Annual Report for the year ended 31 July 2008
was dispatched on 2 February 2009 and contains no material modifications to the
reviewed provisional results published on 17 October 2008.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of
SecureData will be held on Wednesday, 18 March 2009 at 12:00 in the boardroom of
SecureData, Medscheme Office Park, Ground Floor South, 10 Muswell Road South,
Bryanston to transact the business stated in the notice of the annual general
meeting, which is contained in the Annual Report.
