CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT AND POSTPONEMENT OF AGM
Unitholders are advised that the Ambit board has become aware that negotiations
are taking place between significant unitholders that could lead to a change in
control and an offer to unitholders being made by ApexHi Properties Limited.
Unitholders are therefore advised to exercise caution in dealing with the
securities of Ambit until such time that a further announcement is made.
Unitholders are also advised that due to the above, the board of Ambit has
decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting to have been held on Wednesday,
18 February 2009. Unitholders will be notified of the new date on which the
Annual General Meeting will be held in due course.
