significant unit holders of Ambit Properties Limited ("Ambit") in relation to a
potential offer by ApexHi to acquire all of the Ambit units not already owned by
it. Accordingly, ApexHi unit holders are advised to exercise caution when
dealing in their ApexHi units until such time as a further announcement is made.
