UPDATE ON CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on 12 December
2008 whereby it was advised that the Chairperson of the Board had accepted the
resignation of Mr Peter Waweru as CEO of the company with effect from 28
February 2009.
Shareholders are advised that the company`s Board of Directors have accepted
Peter Waweru`s resignation as CEO and director of the company with effect from
31 January 2009. Mr Ben Pierre Malherbe (current Chief Operating Officer)
will act as CEO of the company until such time as a newly appointed CEO can
take up office.
