CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
in respect of a change to the Board of Directors ("the board"), linked
unitholders are advised that Mr Youseph Aminzadeh has resigned as Deputy Chief
Executive Officer of the Fund. Mr Aminzadeh will remain an Executive Director of
Hospitality.
The Fund is pleased to announce that Mr Andrew Rogers, the current Chief
Operating Officer of Hospitality and an Executive Director of the Board has been
appointed as Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
The above changes are effective from 2 February 2009.
