FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 15 December
2008 in respect of the acquisition by Simeka of the remaining minority interest
in Mint Net SA (Proprietary) Limited and are advised that the financial effects
of the acquisition are in the process of being finalised. Shareholders are
advised to continue to exercise caution when trading in the company`s shares
until the financial effects of the acquisition are published by the company.
