Shareholders are referred to the announcement on Sens of 11 November 2008 in
which it was stated that Mr. Martin Shaw would retire as director from the board
of directors of PPC at the Annual General Meeting of shareholders held on 26
January 2009 having reached the mandatory retirement age for board members. The
Company has now received written confirmation from Mr Shaw of his resignation
with effect from 26 January 2009.
