Shareholders are referred to the company`s announcements dated 26 November 2008
and 8 January 2009. The period for fulfilment of the conditions to the
acquisition by the company of the business of Consolidated Associated Technology
CC ("CAT") has expired and the parties have agreed not to pursue the
acquisition.
Shareholders are no longer required to exercise caution when dealing in the
company`s securities.
