The Directors of Redefine Income Fund Limited have declared an interest
distribution on the 16 February 2009 of 13.00 cents per unit. Due to this
distribution the strike price of the above warrant will be adjusted and the
announcement thereof will be made accordingly on the ex-distribution date, being
