PAYMENT OF INTEREST ANNOUNCEMENT ON REDEFINE INCOME FUND LIMITED ENHANCED
DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("RDFIDC")
The Directors of Redefine Income Fund Limited have declared an interest
distribution of 13.00 cents per linked unit payable on Monday, 23 February 2009
to ordinary holders recorded in the books of the company at the close of
business on Friday, 20 February 2009.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, RDFIDC,
will receive a Redefine Income Fund Limited interest distribution of 13.00 cents
per security on Monday, 23 February 2009 in terms of the Cession clause
incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited.
The last day to trade ("cum" the interest distribution) in order to participate
in the interest distribution will be Friday, 13 February 2009.
RDFIDC Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the interest
distribution from the commencement of business on Monday, 16 February 2009, and
the record date will be Friday, 20 February 2009.
