DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE BIL SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for BHP BILLITON PLC and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to BHP BILLITON PLC (BIL)
the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of
417.88615 cents per BILNNB share instalment that is payable on Tuesday, 17 March
2009. The payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 20 February 2009. The Share
Instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 23 February 2009, the
record date will be Friday, 27 February 2009.
