TRADING STATEMENT
In compliance with paragraph 3.4(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited ("JSE"), shareholders are advised that, due to a turnaround to a small
profit, the headline earnings per share and earnings per share for the six
months ended 31 December 2008 will increase by approximately 90% - 110% compared
to the interim results of the former Wellco for the six month period ended 31
August 2007, which reflected a loss of R6 million and a headline loss of R2.6
million respectively.
This financial information has not been reviewed and reported on by the auditors
of the company.
