RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF OCEANA SHAREHOLDERS
Oceana shareholders are advised that all of the ordinary resolutions and the
special resolution proposed in the notice to shareholders dated 13 November 2008
and contained in the 2008 Annual Report were duly passed by the requisite
majority of votes at the annual general meeting held yesterday, being 05
February 2009.
The special resolution will be lodged with CIPRO for registration on or about 09
February 2009.
