Shareholders are advised that all resolutions proposed at the AGM of Compu-
Clearing held on Friday, 6 February 2009, were passed by the requisite
majorities of shareholders, except for resolution number 4.2.9 which was
withdrawn. The special resolution will be submitted for registration at the
Companies and Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
