Trading Statement
In compliance with paragraph 3.4 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited,
a listed company is required to publish a trading statement as soon as it
becomes aware that the financial results for the next period to be reported on
will differ by at least 20% from those of the previous reported period.
Kagiso Media is expecting an increase of between 16% and 24% in earnings per
share and headline earnings per share for the six months ended 31 December 2008
compared to that of the previous corresponding period.
This trading statement has not been reviewed or reported on by the company`s
external auditors. The release of the final announcement of results for the six
months ended 31 December 2008 is expected to be published on or about 23
February 2009.
