Change to the board of directors
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the board of directors of O-Line are pleased to announce the
appointment of Mr Thomas Loughran to the O-line board as an executive director
with immediate effect. Thomas is also a member of the ARMCO board and his
appointment to the O-line board resulted from the acquisition by O-line of the
ARMCO businesses.
Thomas has a National Diploma in Civil Engineering and spent four years in the
civil construction industry working on bridge structures and various other
concrete structures. He joined the ARMCO Group 20 years ago, initially in the
role of sales and management of the ARMCO Construction Products Division and
currently as the general manager of the ARMCO Galvanising Division.
