DECLARED FINAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON ARCELORMITTAL SOUTH AFRICA LIMITED
ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("ACLIDF")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of ArcelorMittal
South Africa Limited have declared a final dividend of 365 cents per ordinary
share payable on Monday, 16 March 2009 to ordinary shareholders, recorded in
the books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 13 March 2009.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, ACLIDF,
will receive an ArcelorMittal South Africa Limited final dividend of 365 cents
per security on Monday, 16 March 2009 in terms of the Cession clause
incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited.
The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the
dividend will be Friday, 6 March 2009.
ACLIDF Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend from
the commencement of business on Monday, 9 March 2009 and the record date will be
Friday, 13 March 2009.
