CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 23 January 2009 and in
compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the
board of directors of SecureData hereby notifies its shareholders that Brett
Kingston Parker, the Chief Operating Officer and an executive director of
SecureData, has resigned from the board and the company, effective 10 February
2009.
The board is pleased to announce that Tony Nutter has been appointed as the
Managing Director of the SecureData Africa division. Tony has been with
SecureData for several years and brings a wealth of experience to his new
position with over 20 years experience in the IT industry, particularly within
the financial services sector. The board wishes him every success in his new
position.
