CHANGE TO INDEX CONSTITUENTS EFFECTIVE 5 FEBRUARY 2009
The Zshares GOVI Exchange Traded Fund was rebalanced in line with the Bond
Exchange and the Actuarial Society of South Africa`s GOVI Index, effective 5
February 2009.
The constituents of and their relevant weightings in the BEASSA GOVI Index are
as follows:

R201 11.66%
R157 17.21%
R203 7.84%
R204 8.88%
R207 9.42%
R186 18.93%
R209 4.75%
Constituents to the GOVI Index are reconstituted on a quarterly basis.
