FUTURE CHANGE TO THE BOARD
Shareholders are advised that Mr Owen Harvey, the chief financial officer of the
company, has decided to retire.Accordingly Mr. Harvey will not offer himself for
re-election at the company`s annual general meeting to be held in respect of the
2009 financial year, which meeting is expected to be held before the end of
August 2009.Mr. Harvey will remain with the company until a suitable replacement
has been found.
