ACTOWERS BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT TRANSACTION
Further to the announcement dated Monday 19 January 2009, shareholders are
advised that all the conditions precedent have been met and that the JSE Limited
has approved the listing of the additional 92 733 300 ordinary shares issued to
Tiso Telecom (Pty) Limited with effect from today.
Accordingly the board of directors of ACTOWERS announces that the transaction is
now unconditional in all respects.
