CESSATION OF DIRECTORSHIP
Tiger Brands advises that Mr. Chris Nissen advised the company that he was no
longer available to stand for re-election as a director of the company and
accordingly his position as a director of the company ceased with effect from 16
February 2009. The resolution relating to his re-appointment was withdrawn at
the Annual General Meeting of shareholders held today.
