RESIGNATION AND NEW APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS OF PSG GROUP AND PSG FINANCIAL
SERVICES
Resignation
Shareholders are hereby informed that Pierre Malan has resigned as a non-
executive director of PSG Group and PSG Financial Services from 16 February
2009. He shall remain within the PSG Group as executive Chairman of PSG Capital
(Pty) Limited.
New appointment
Shareholders are further informed that Piet Mouton has been appointed as an
executive director to the Boards of PSG Group and PSG Financial Services with
effect from 16 February 2009. Piet has enjoyed a longstanding association with
PSG through his appointment as managing director of the BEE investment holding
company Thembeka Capital Limited (formerly Altx listed company Arch Equity
Limited) and formerly as an executive at both Paladin Capital and Quince
Capital.
Chris Otto, executive director since the establishment of PSG Group in November
1995, will become a non-executive director with effect from 16 February 2009.
He shall continue to serve as a director of various companies of, or associated
with, PSG Group.
