DECLARED DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON GROWTHPOINT PROPERTIES LIMITED ENHANCED
DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("GRTIDC")
With reference to the dividend payment announcement, the Directors of
Growthpoint Properties Limited have declared a interim dividend of 0.056 cents
per share and an interest payment of 56.244 cents per debenture payable on
Monday, 16 March 2009 to ordinary shareholders, recorded in the books of the
company at the close of business on Friday, 13 February 2009.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, GRTIDC,
will receive a Growthpoint Properties Limited interim dividend of 0.056 cents
per share and an interest payment of 56.244 cents on Monday, 16 March 2009 in
terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the Supplement between the holders
and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order
to participate in the dividend will be Friday, 6 March 2009.
GRTIDC Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend from
the commencement of business on Monday, 9 March 2009, and the record date will
be Friday, 13 March 2009.
