RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Linked unitholders are advised of the results of the annual general meeting of
unitholders of Redefine, convened on Monday, 16 February 2009 at 10:00 am, in
terms of the notice of annual general meeting contained in the Redefine annual
report issued on Friday, 23 January 2009. The shareholder and debenture holder
resolutions in respect of the issue of linked units for cash were withdrawn. All
remaining resolutions were passed by the requisite majorities of Redefine
unitholders.
